“The sex was great. No, beyond great…it was fantastic. It was beyond anything I have ever experienced before in my life. And I want to do it again, I really do, but? Right now? Well…I’m a man, and? There’s a bit of a slight refractory period going on for me right now…and you know what I’m saying, right? Let’s get back to it in a moment…” Has there ever been an experience like this for you before? Well? It has happened for me. A majority of my day in public was about fending off the elite, gallant wind-pissers who demonstrated their arrogance and lack of charisma around me just wanting that moment of her time. I knew the moment they were seeking. I knew exactly what that moment was for me: magical. I had to protect it at all costs…But after a few years of commitment, it got exhausting. The moment afterwards, however? After sex was a big, “Oh yeah,” moment. After the sexual experience had to come to an end it was a big, “Now what?” “Is this all we are?” “If it is, then what are we?” “How is this going to sustain itself in the big picture?” For me? I had to know who I was again. I needed space that we weren’t able to give one another. I knew life was short, but there were so many important questions I had left to answer for myself like: what was my initial purpose in life? What did I want to achieve? What was my initial intention before we started this…uhm…this? This what?—Huh? Interesting how that relationship-thing works then, isn’t it? One minute you can be two-hot bodies smacking down on each other and crashing like the waves on a shore, but then? The tides shift and change and every story you’ve ever been told about relationships having only a next minute of wondering where the boat was docked.
Relationships, in my opinion, have become a cluster-funk of CARNAL intrusions. The carnal mind—the “lower-mind,” as it is referred to as by some experts, is filled with lustful, jealous, angry and spiteful aggressions and behaviors. The human brain is fooled into fulfilling on finishing the pathway of passion and eventually creating an expansive highway for its dominance over an individual. Society is jam-packed with conclusions that highlight the importance of external beauty and so it is no wonder why we fall so fast and so hard for one another.
Our external appearances are only one quick and easy route towards adding value to each other’s lives. But then? That moment comes and it’s back to square one—ground zero again. There wasn’t much discussion of what either person would do afterwards—go back to their lives again I guess then, right? Well?…if you are looking to be in a long-term relationship with another individual a few basic things about each other should be understood. Here are a list of questions that I would consider asking (not in any particular order, so read through them all and use your due diligence) if the conversation of bringing value to the relationship comes up for long-term support that might be the right path for you:
What is your intended future looking like? You want to know where they stand for a future outcome. It might not always be relevant to where they are at the moment, but it is important to understand what sort of direction and game-plan they are preparing for. Someone who wants to stay in their home-town versus someone who wants to become a famous actor might not want to consider getting involved due to a career-path conflict.
What are you about creating for yourself and your future? You’re going to want to know that they have an established head on their shoulders outlook on life. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but at least they are thinking about creating something in the first place. It might even be as intricate as we get on this website with our thought “Tracks.” It’s not perfect but it is steering towards something beautiful.
What do you envision me adding to your life in order to support your prospective future growth? You want to get clear on where the other person interprets your place in their life. Are you at the highest of high’s, or will you simply be needed as another cog in the wheel?
What is your relationship like with your father? Your mother? Your siblings? You’re going to want this information because it will help you understand a person’s decision-making methods and strategies. Everyone has a story to tell and no single one of them will ever be perfect, but it will tell you a lot about what and how and where to manage yourself along the way.
Do you envision having/desiring a family of your own? This is also a futuristic “biggie.” It will wake another person up and begin considering you as a different type of relationship. Be sure to know where you stand on this one too!
What is your interpretation of God/Higher Power/Source/Creator like? This question really brings out an individual’s level of imaginative capabilities. This is an interpretation and must be handled with extreme levels of compassion and care. It is, nevertheless, a very interesting share to offer perspective on for another individual.
SECRET SUGGESTION: Lucky you for sticking around. Here goes: Want to know how intelligent your date is? Consider asking the other person to draw a circle on a piece of paper either by pen or with pencil. The more perfect the circle is? The smarter they are according to a recent study by psychosomatic scientists at the University of Berlin, 2002. Main take-away? Be gentle. Be kind and compassionate to one another. Who Am I? What is My Purpose? How Do I think?
The individuation process can become quite a uniquely entertaining journey for anyone willing and fearless enough to want to explore reaching their highest potentiality in existence. Time? For instance, will never be repaid. Time will never, and as far as I am aware, time will never come back. There is no one at the end of the finish line holding a trophy up to congratulate a successful enterprise, moreover, the definition of “successful” is rather notoriously ambiguous and governed by the unique individual themselves. Subjectivity is the game then? Perhaps, but not necessarily—right? You could see this discussion becoming rather “loopy” and getting quite mundane very quickly.
The majority of us, “the masses,” are trained what to think, do and say to one another and how to respond via the networks of available programming options and which any individual has the right to consume. And so the question of, “how do I think?” Does not come up too often in conversation due to the horrendously infinite number of situations and considerations that might arise. A better question might be proposed then as, “If I had no material objects in my life then who would I be? What would I think about? What would I want to do?” From the ground-floor obvious questions might begin to arise, however to consider that a certain phrasing or word-piece carried through in either written or spoken word might have been carried over and used due to an earlier intersection with another individual’s style of thinking or vernacular conversation, then where do original thoughts come from? And further, then where does a person find themselves providing valuable or useful original thoughts in the external world of interdependent relationships?
It has all been done before. That phrase has certainly without a doubt been used before, although I cannot quote any one particular source for it. It is quite generic at this point maybe even, but has it? Has it all really been done before? Or? Is it too un-worthwhile to even make an attempt? Here is the valuable exercise to test out on your own time and journey if you so choose and wish to discover how your thoughts are constructed.
Imagine that your life is suddenly dependent upon the discovery of your unique thought-processing procedure. You are caught off-guard, however, you intend to pursue the inquisition with fearlessness and alacrity. The outcome will be your true-self ascendency, or, immediate peril. You must act quickly to discover how you think, what you think about, and whether or not there is an ability to recognize any original thoughts.
During this exercise-process many people’s innate thought-structures and inner-most desires rise to the surface. It is recognizable to the effect that a distinction between the innate-self and the identifiable external outcome can be made quite clear.
During this type of process, if written down, one is capable of identifying their own introspective questions to consider. For instance? Where is their interpretation of the meaning of existence coming from? or, what is the underlying emotion that has propagated their external version of self? If, say? The underlying emotion was of “fear,” as it was for me, then getting to know oneself begins with these types of internal conversations.
Of course the implementation of a professional therapist or significant other can support growth in massive ways, however, even simply writing it out and playing as the moderator or the transcription of the internal dialogue there can also be massive gains within the individuation process. Keep in mind that over time in societal life an excess of unusable information can occur. If focus is the best strategy and is working for you? STAY THERE. Everything will be alright. But if the battle-field, or, “the court” of life is never taken on, then an armory of stored-up, unused battle-gear serves no purpose but to hinder and occupy space in an individual’s mind. Sure it might evoke insightful conversations here and there with a stranger or those around you, but how many could there possibly be who are as prepared as you are? What else is there for you to know and understand? Go within. No one will ever understand you, agreed, but you might want to understand yourself. What About Accepting Nothingness?
In our opinion (This is a performance blog—meaning? that anything in the world of a heightened performance in this life experience is game.) there is an odd experience in existence as a human being. It is a natural tendency to begin to learn and understand as the first injury in life is established, for instance? Where we get a cut or scrape of some sort. The wound is cleaned and treated. A band-aid and some ointment are placed over it. We learn to avoid this type of behavior that results in this experience, or alter our behavior in some way to have a better one.
It is an experience illuminated for us in such a way where most will connect fastest by identifying with what is wrong with either themselves, or with their experience in their lifetime. From our own personal flaws and faults to the outer extension of identifying with the problems closest to us, those who are capable of accepting what is so with a heightened state of consciousness and awareness are the individuals who will likely achieve and attain the greatest and highest level of human existence. This is because they have come into a place of “Acceptance.”
As an individual grows into maturity they are thrust into belief systems that target our helpful nature and ability to redeem and replenish what was once certain. There is so little time illuminated for us that it seems natural to focus on what is right. From my perspective of civilized humanity as a whole I have noticed that we innately love doing whatever’s easiest first, and then, moreover, we love to fix, change and do our best to help one another. It is the natural tendency we all can agree on that feels good to us…or at least? Until we know the entire story.
Of course, within this paradigm there are certain restrictions and limitations that are posed on us for helping others. For instance? Most of us would not GIVE another person more than WE have. WHY would or should we do that? Likewise, most of us will HELP and FIX others based upon the systematic understanding of OUR OWN existence. For instance? Most of us know that getting onto public WELFARE is an enriching and fulfilling space for a “qualified” and a “rightful” person to become more aptly positioned for success in society.
All of the “things” that you possess and broadcast to the world as identifying yourself do nothing but tell a story of who you once were. The virtues, skills and nurturing, compassionate components of which you have come to learn and? Ideally possess, along in this journey expanse of a lifetime are what make a person valuable.
Take two people. Strip them down of all possessions and throw them into a cage together. See what happens then. What is life in their experience known to them as being then? Eliminate all material outlets? Nothing? What about?…There are consequences to living a life that way! Sometimes brutal or frightening to an extremely persuasive capacity. But this is where nothing is present to get in the way of them killing one another. It’s survival of the fittest! What will compassion do? What will kindness give? How could love persevere or provide? Anything. Anything at all?
But when a person realizes that this existence is temporary. A circumstance that will eventually end? When this is realized—recognized fully and completely accepted. It is the greatest moment of turnaround possible. There is a great opportunity awaiting us all and I believe it is called: acceptance. Cheronimo!

3-Aids for Deeper Rest Before Performing At Your Very Best
Being able to perform at our top-level, at the peak level of our most fulfilling desire? Demands that an individual rest. To prepare, to interpret and understand the information, to really be in-the-zone as Tony Robbins might say. Adequate rest is essential. But what is defined as “rest” is interpreted and therefore determined by every individual.
Biologically, however, our bodies have their own interpretation. Think about it with me for a moment. Consider that every cell in the human body is ever consistently doing work—so help us all, right? The mitochondria with each cell are creating the energy for the body to utilize, the blood is constantly flowing through the heart and the vasculature and oxygen is constantly being replenished into the system by the lungs. Oh! And if it weren’t for the brain up there in that old noggin of ours would we even be alive at all? The neuronal circuitry communicating to every cell and organelle and completely being busy—at work—all day-every day. And night too! Actually when you think about it. There is this massive influx and fusion of energies and different processes going on throughout the body all the time. So one might want to think and reconsider their definition of what “rest” really is.
From the perspective here over at HealthVenom.com rest is a particular area which we have become incredibly familiar with. Healing? For instance? Requires massive amounts of rest and relaxation. The human societal essence now is to be doing something. Up and about relieving themselves of their nerves and getting themselves into their unique “space,” or, their comfort zone. All-too often athletes are witnessed doing aerobic fitness work and listening to their headphones or watching their favorite music or device to loosen their nerves. And sometimes? For the most part? It works for the sake of what they want to accomplish. But here and again knocking on the notion that you are not them, right? Certainly—on some level—you are them—but we’re not going to go there at this time. What I want to get across is that the body is operating full-steam business as usual and in order to “rest” appropriately and fully enough, the body needs the right conditions.
Here are our suggestions to consider when resting.
Full and complete focus. Inward. Do the best to take no thought from the external world.
Lie or stand in a healthy, but uncomfortable position. Relaxation and rest can also be suggestive of the notion towards sleep. My hope is, that in this case, we are primarily concerned with the individual who is resting to regain. For this case? We need the mind on full-capacity. Not alert-mode, but on an allowing capacity. Maybe Alpha-phase is. great place to consider going into where one is still awake, but vibrating at a different frequency state altogether (Check out Jose Silva and The Silva Method to find out more about reaching an Alpha State.).
Carry in and utilize the 3-A’s learned in Balance The Creator of: Awareness, Acceptance, and Appreciation. Time is fleeting. This is your moment. Bring your fullest self to the game.
Remember that humans will do whatever is easiest. Keep the television off to remove all of what can distract your focus and direct intention. A “Tell-A-Vision” shuts down the conscious mind (the defender, or bouncer, you can think of it as) and feeds directly into the subconscious to batter and interfere with all of the working processes in current usage. The mind is inevitably working on overtime—more heavily than ever before. Individuation? Know Thyself? Let's Make a Change!
The process of existing through life while discovering, recognizing and establishing a full-awareness of self adds monstrous value to an individual. We call this process, “individuation.” Along with the eventual acceptance and appreciation of "self,” this processional feat was coined by late psychologist, Carl Jung, to be known as, “individuation.” In it, there is no single component for identifiable, justifiable or reliable comparisons of results. People are people. Everyone walks through it in their own accordance of what they have come to understand as “truth,” or, “reality.” There is no room to place judgement upon anyone as it should be relatively obvious to us by now that each individual is unique. Therefore, aside from the “wagging finger of scolding and mundane disappointment” ironically placed for judging in the first place? Every individuation process will be the same: “unique.”
But aside from, Psychology of The Unconscious by C.G. Jung, it goes again that there is no real book on the matter of individuation. There is likewise no “one-size-fits-all” type theme within the process, and nor should there be. However, there are some glorious components, benefits, trophy highlights, etc., to point out which exist at the end of the road of each person’s journey. Individuation is considered as being at the apex of accomplishments in life, as each of us is fitted with a life of personal experiences and outcomes; of achievements and lessons established; a powerful mode of establishing and recognizing virtues and skillsets and opportunities to potentially fulfill upon and acquire throughout a lifetime.
These aspects combined with our own separate self, are what come to define us as who we know and are able to recognize ourselves to be. Go back for a bit: the individuation process? looks like that “separate-self” component an individual recognizes as if it were a passenger boarding a ship. That passenger is the component involved in what individuation is all about. Individuation thoroughly explores that venturing and exploring passenger! “WHO is that person? WHERE did they come from? WHAT do they want?” “Are they my SHADOW? All sorts of fun questions to be asking yourself’s “self,” right?

ASK yourself this: does an empty restaurant seem like a good idea to go inside of? Ever? Maybe it is your thing and you enjoy leaving YELP reviews for local businesses, but what we are addressing at this moment is the fact that a person’s presence alone can deliver value.

BUT whatever a person is and wherever they may be in their life? It is important to add value into their lives so that they may potentially do the same for you, right? Nope. No “right” or “wrong” and doing something for someone else in hopes they will do something for you in return is a back-ended three-sixty conversation of “selflessness.”
To be authentically giving Value wherever you go means you’re not expecting anything in return in the first place. It does not matter and nobody cares. Ultimately? Those who want to support you along in your journey? WILL. You can always consider making it a choice for them to be able to do exactly that. An opportunity for them to add whatever component of value you might be requesting from them, but you need to REQUEST it from them. People need help. All the time. And people love helping other people. And so long as what the other person believes as “helping” falls in accordance with the individual’s pursuits and their ability to add long-term value to another’s life.
Adding value could be as simple as a nod, or a smile, or a handshake? An exchange of conversation goes a long distance for some people. But the real secret? The value that lasts longer for anyone anywhere? EVAR? Is the value you give to yourself. Yup. You knew I was going to type that didn’t you? Well? Consider it! Because loving and learning to appreciate yourself adds value automatically. ALSO? It is the FIRST place we start in any program offered here at Health Venom.

Finding Center: Interpretations On God
A few weeks ago I was startled to encounter a piece of “snail-mail” that was sent to us asking for our interpretations on God. The letter came from a younger gentleman who had it in his mind that we were a secular organization and therefore held no regard or understanding of, or for, any notion of a higher power, life-force, energy, Source, God. On the contrary! While secular (non-religions) by very nature of serving such a wide demographic community of fearless architects, leaders and varieties of professional individuals within the entertainment industry, and businesses, we do cohere with a relevant understanding and identity with a higher power, source, creator, God entity. Be that a long sentence? We also believe it necessary to be completely transparent with our readership on our site and both clients and potential clientele by also highlighting our respect for the fact that whatever identity an individual holds of their higher power is quite acceptable and encouraged to possess by us on any level of congruency: that there is something greater than a one-man show.
At any rate, for the sake of this one particular reader of ours who was so bold and fearless enough to write and send his request, I beseech thee to stay and ask that you understand your question as being fulfilled along with the following excerpt in our own unique understanding and conceptualizing capability, moreover, where our opinion is such that this entity is utterly inconceivable. Here is a start, at least, in finding center and full-alignment with self:
An opportunity comes only once in a lifetime to explore a unique and individualized interpretation of an ever-evolving entity known for the sake of brevity in various nomenclature, labeled in this case as, “God” rarely comes up for us to write about or even discuss for our readership.
Again, let it be clear that to anyone reading this passage we ask that you please accept the fact that our conclusions and designations do not represent or consecrate any semblance of“fact” or, “proof.” Consider this as being an ideation exercise where the imagination and perspective elements lying within one’s brain can be stretched to the limits of infinity and beyond. There is no one else other than the individual themselves who can identify their distinct understanding of their own higher power God and so we will leave it to the use of powerful descriptors only. Useful to interpret these mentioning of God as a rock-climber would interpret footholds and grips on a steep, but endless mountain cliff rather than the entire mountain-perspective. This is only a surface-level introduction and we could only imagine the depths of which this definition can compellingly reveal for those of you who try it themselves and throughout the expanse of growth along with the perspective alterations that come along in life.
SIDEBAR: This is something that I personally can indulge in as a means for re-aligning with my own personal center and where I wish to come from as an individual throughout my day, whenever I have an experience of “harsh,” but temporary life-bouts, I do my best to use this exercise, let’s call it, and immediately remind myself to go inward and find my center. I find someplace quiet to meditate and begin to mentally prepare myself for the experience of being in the midst of this evolutionary ideation of a higher power. This initial thought process before meditating really “tips the scales.” It works for me may be something to consider strategy-wise for you also, but who knows? Here goes:
My eternal and infinite God is like a light that never ends. He is a peace that resoundingly uplifts and comforts me. He is my fulfillment available to anyone who welcomes the idea of His existence. I personally feel at ease and intimately blessed to possess and in being able to welcome and capture the thought of His might and glory alone. Thoughts of Him will easily carry me back into my center where I exist in complete harmony along with an aligned and balanced illumination of self.
Can you recall from Science class learning that when light waves are observed they suddenly become particles called photons? Those particles, to me, represent all of the stars and the galaxy’s all the lightyears away from one another in what we have come to term as being outer space ONLY this expansive domain is being observed by Him in all his magnificent splendor. That is His majesty. That is His divinity and splendor: where from the naked eye perspective glance at our planet Earth is so trivial and inconsequential it does not even count! But why then does it count? And why do I even matter at all? Because I know in my heart (and from what I’ve been told) that I was created in his likeness, and for me? That means I am possible. I am capable of exploring His own divinity.
The pureness of my God is radiantly vibrant as well. Always am I comforted by His endless overlay. I believe that He is everywhere all at once and knows my every thought and every wish—every dream I’ve ever had or ANY desire I’ve ever wanted to fulfill. He knows. And his perfection allows for their manifestation so long as I can do my part and remain obedient to Him by surrendering all my fears, doubts, sorrows, and angers—any of my lower-mind, carnal attributes—so that they may be swept up and soothed by Him.
My God is all-knowing, yes, but also all-powerful as well. I submit myself entirely only to Him and Him alone. No other can destroy my connection and obedience towards him. His eternal rays of light carry wisdom and joy and freedom like nothing else I have ever encountered. My only quest in life is to grab another moment with Him more fully and completely than ever before and because of this journey I must constantly be aware and conscientious to rebuild and replenish myself with increased awareness and beauty, love and appreciation only for that offering of space. I never know how long the moment with Him will be, but I identify clearly that I must be attentive towards my own readiness in clarity.
I have nothing to offer Him, however, I make thorough attempts to press and pour out my strength of affinity and love towards Him. He laughs. I do my best to become stronger each and every day for another experience with Him. When my thoughts have grown strong enough to concentrate my purest light energy for longer than minutes? hours? days? weeks? An entire remaining lifetime? I feel that I am connected with Him in some form or another that He would enjoy the whispers of tethered growth in strength. I am me. He is He. And the evolution of either of us continues.
If it ever came to a conversation of abundance and wealth (A “funny’ consideration of wealth* at this point for you, I’m sure.) then let it be understood that the chalice is not only overflowing? But available to everyone and anyone who discovers Him. Not the band. We are writing to answer the proposed question you had written us. I am hoping I did not go too far off track for you. But this is a good exercise for anyone attempting to navigate towards their “center.” Only then? Consider that the definition of “God” is unique to the individual creator. It might be true that your experience with defining your higher power differs in the way your ability to describe it does. God could be expressed as an infinite source of loving vibrations constantly seeking to guide and inform you along your way. It might be described differently, however, there is no right or wrong about it—only an elevating of perspective during this sharing exercise. Way to go! Thank you. Your thoughts on this topic matter very much and can be truly beneficial towards the entire human species. Thank you for your time.

I've Got Five On It!
Marijuana: “It’s the only green you’ll ever mean.”

Marijuana: “I have a dream! That one day this dream stops being so predictable…”
Marijuana—I’ve been working on this bumper-sticker for weeks now and it’s getting truly aggravating. Nothing works. What should I do, right? Well? I’m going to do whatever I end up feeling like doing and you can add your opinion if you want to, but you know the predicament we all face? WE ALL WANT TO HELP YOU! And ALL the help in the world will do nothing in comparison to the help you can offer yourself because only YOU KNOW YOU and what YOU really need or want in life. SIDEBAR? Added to that is our conversation on a higher power, source, creator, God, but let’s get this identity sinched-up real quick. It’s only going to enhance your perspective.
Okay? Because you know what humans like doing more than anything? Do you want to know what everyone LOVES to do more than anything? Like? Love-Loves. Yes. More than anything?
Everyone LOVES to do WHATEVER is EASIEST for them! RIGHT?! EASY means FUN! And DOING! And OCCUPYING the terrifying empty space of loneliness and potentially horrifying experiences! There’s TOO much EMPTY SPACE in our existence, right? So WHY not DO something that comes easy and that will simultaneously occupy the space of approaching madness and ensuing lost-causes—the void of nothingness? In from left-field comes? Marijuana! “Smoke a bowl!” “Puff a drag!” “Yo! Let me get a hit.” “Where you at son I’ve been gotten this rolled up tight and we ready, come on!…” Might be some typical slang-bang jangles you’ve perchance (I have no idea where you have been either) encountered along the vast expansiveness of this ultimate non-drug/drug, God’s creation, unitarian therapeutic wisdom, NO “side-effects,” get rid of your Glaucoma, so not to worry about it—HIT THIS SHNAID! Salvation-entity form.
The reality? Most do not prescribe to a regular dosing schedule, or use it at all. Since legalization of it in some states? a noticeable increase in usage has occurred. There are a number of people who rely on it as a source of income. Others are only dependent upon it as their open doorway excuse for filling up the expanse of nothingness and unknowingness and isolation that occupies a continuously overactive worrisome and anxiety-stricken mind. Regardless of whatever position they find themselves being on, what does one do with their time if they aren’t working? or doing something magnificent? Or studying or learning something? Or, in getting together with others and filling up the space with activities? WHAT DOES SOMEONE DO? When this alluring substance seems to enhance the experience of existence; increase performance abilities and relaxation; improve sexual interactivity; and it’s not even addictive, but I would if I had the chance to every moment of the day.
The unique tragedy of this discussion? It falls on deaf ears. The tragedy is not being able to persuade a majority of people who prefer concealing themselves and their true-identities under the covers of a fictitious album they get along with. Facts? Scientists are now aware that the THC active-component found in Marijuana is also found naturally in the human brain.
Likewise? DMT. Brilliant. But then a person might ask themselves: “Why doesn’t it feel as good to exist as the way I feel in my being when I am under the influence of a particular substance like marijuana?”
Well? ANSWER? THE DAILY-DOUBLE! (Jeopardy-bells in the background) The question of “feeling good” and “how-to feel good” without the use of a chemical substitute goes back into the conversation of DOING WHAT IS EASIEST. Easy is LEARNED behavior. Early on in development we naturally learn how our perception of the five senses can induce extraordinary levels of pleasure.
Think about it for a second: our physical bodies are the first contact with that identifiable and beneficial aspect of the human experience. And as any human grows more acquainted with and better experienced at receiving heightened states of arousal and pleasure it begins to grow numb. Life becomes more dull. A person might wind up concluding that, “there is nothing new and exciting and transforming anymore…unless!” And a drug/non-habit forming chemical is introduced into the physical experience of life to re-ignite the reason for continuing along a path of understood futility. Welcome home.
This eventual demise of unpredictable proportions skews up the entire equation as if we don’t know how and we don’t really understand when, then what is going on in life with all of these other people acting as if they know what to do and where they are going is someplace different from where I’m heading and oh my goodness? SMOKE A BOWL.
An EASY conclusion, correct? It’s an activity, afterall. It’s DOING something, technically—right? “There is only ONE me on this planet and I can do whatever I feel like doing.” But LIFE and actually living and existing on a moment by moment level and scale was never really TAUGHT to us by anyone and nor should it be. As human beings we grow accustomed to and responsive towards the way our world works. HELP living? Is strictly for the weak and impaired and I don’t need any help here at all, but will you kindly donate some necessary funding towards this excerpt so I can continue paying my mother’s hospice bills? IS HELP! But it’s not CALLED “help,” but rather? “ASSISTED”-living.
Marijuana is not meant for groups of individuals getting together. It is meant to support the guidance structures attached and unique in all of us. Marijuana is not meant to fill any void of our existence here on Earth, but to present a position of elevated and heightening of vibratory frequency in order to identify our potentiality of where we can better connect with our higher source, Creator, God. Marijuana, if anything at all, was meant to teach us an EASY way it is possible for us to feel. This does not mean that we are to smoke it incessantly and become reliant upon it in order to feel that way, but rather, to use it as a teacher within a classroom who can expose a pathway for existing effortlessly and soothingly. To REMEMBER that pathway by properly digesting the information it passes along.
“Marijuana affects the memory.”
Let’s go with that bumper-sticker for now. That one’s been done before: classic! who wrote that? and please? absorb the message: The experience of this drug is like being the possessor of an incredibly bright light to communicate with, but then taking it directly under a tent perched under billions of stars in the sky above. Find what works for you. Skip out on the reliance and hand-holding of life. Nobody knows anything. Ultimately. In the end. I’m sure that they are better than you at something, but look at the bright side? You’re better than THEM at something too. Find the connection to your higher power. Develop and enhance your experience of life with clarity. That is my recommendation. Enjoy!

If All is Mind Then What About Forgiveness?
On our live vlog-cast today I spoke briefly about the term, “forgiveness” and for this entry I would like to add a few things that might carry over towards living a life as a fearless architect.
Admittedly? I was not the most fearless individual out of my friends and associated group of reckless and irresponsible teenagers, but more of an undecided, safe-playing, industrious and compassionate tourist. I want to share with you that this is not a BAD nor GOOD sort of entity to be, but rather that so long as an individual carries respect with them along in their travels to ANYWHERE? They will be welcome. But bring along some compassion? AFTER you have forgiven yourself? DEAR READER? Excuse me for a moment, but I love that possibility.
From time to time and here and there and again I would do something terrifyingly impossible to satisfy the urges of the ego to impress either myself or some other prospective individual or group of other rebellious folks who I determined as being worthy of continuing their efforts or of needing to step up their A-Game. But that moment, or combination of moments did not really pertain to who I was being all-around in my life. There was something i had to return back to. My life was surrounded by complications of THE REAL". Widespread physical abuse and mental torment from an older sibling, skewed with perceivably notorious “great parents,” and an all around impoverished mindset while growing up as forgotten about.
It wasn’t until I left home—untethered where I truly began figuring myself out and what I wanted to become and have, or do, or say. And I recognized later in life how I, of all of my rebellious friends, that I was the only one of them who had really taken to heart and lived out completely the messages that were shared and instilled by them.
Programming is a unique habitual thought pattern the subconscious mind develops over a certain period of time. One can find unique speech patterns included in their vernacular due to the watching of several television episodes within a period of weeks; or? One might visit a new environment like a foreign country and enhance their livelihood from the new perspective that was shared by a local group of friendly civilians. The truth often is, however, that the old patterns of programming eventually return. The environment that we are consumed by is what controls our perception of what is safe and of what is possible, and for what it is we are uniquely capable and qualified for creating.
Forgiveness comes into play here where the acceptance might not. Ultimately? It appears that the situation is forced, conclusive, stuck, and otherwise necessary. The safety and security is there. The willingness to grow and the ability to expand is all there. Life is thriving, but ultimately? A wondering. A slight, yet insignificant discourse of what might be possible. The alluring false-reality that things could be better over there if I held onto THIS! And I kept that…and? The list of dependency on the current environment grows. Safety and security are desirable components towards our thriving in existence. The relief from suffering option, ultimately, is whatever is generally selected. And so? Forgiveness of a person’s own ideation of a possibility might be highly unreasonable to even consider. But the gnawing? The incessant “Would’ve-Should’ve-Could’ve” voice commands recognition and validation. We know that time carries an endless burden. Yet we also understand that it offers us immense value and opportunities! And because it is understood to be certain that time-travel is not offered to a vast majority, FORGIVENESS, in our opinion, is the only certain remedy.
Forgive yourself to continue moving along with opportunity. Forgive others to remove their control and power they might hold over another. Forgive the creator, God, Source, and know that everything will be alright and that all is perfect. Remember the triple A’s of: Awareness, Acceptance and Appreciation? Now is a good time to introduce Allowance: ALLOW the One Power over all to take their control. Submit through forgiveness and surrender over the desires and all the suffering. Everything is perfect. Everything will work out exactly the way it was intended. Enjoy your time and experience here burden-free, worry-free, “yeah, but…” -free. It is ALL good.

The Expansiveness Consciousness Exercise
Since introducing myself to the field consciousness has become a certain way of life for me. I hope that within your realm of recognizing the health and wealth that you already possess you will also aspire to attain new levels of clarity and hence awareness. If you are just starting out? Great. Welcome. Happy to see you here. The following excerpt comes from the published title, “Balance The Creator” a work engineered to inspire and motivate others towards creating an effective balancing strategy with the “what’s-so” in life. For instance? External Sensory Perceptive world versus the Internal Infinitely Expansive world. One cool thing about being a human is that an individual is capable of using their imagination and likewise? Increase and enhance their perspective and understanding of a higher source, creator, God, Infinite Power and so forth to ultimate come to the conclusion that the individual being is perfect by very nature and should choose to look for all the tiny PERFECTIONS within both themselves and their internal and external environments. The except is a visualization to use towards grasping a better understanding of consciousness and it goes something like this:
“Imagine yourself standing in the middle of a desert. There is nothing in sight save for the sand dunes blowing around with the wind, the great blue sky above and the hot sun illuminating your visual field. Directly between your feet you spot what looks to be a cork lying there in the sand. The cork is the representation of you and your relationship with consciousness. Your innate desire and dream in life is to float. “But there is nothing to interpret from this situation.” You might think to yourself. There is only the cork of “you” stuck in a pile of sand. For this illustration? Consider that the cork is discovering the idea of consciousness as “missing.” But try this! zoom out of the desert for a moment and from bird’s eye perspective and expand the entire environment to notice that the desert “you,” the cork, are stifling in is a part of a larger water-basin. Call it a dried-up lake. Limnologists? Pipe down for a moment. But here in this desert you have now added a component of understanding surrounding your environment: that the desert was at one time or other a massive lake. And if it was once a lake? It must have been a deep lake! And lake’s get re-birthed, do they not? By what? How? How do lake’s become “reborn” and expand into their original size? “You” the cork are stuck and settled in some expanse of only desert sand and there is no way of getting out. There, prior to your newfound discovery, was no real understanding of where you were and what you had been surrounded by. So? Let’s call it information. Your knowledge expanded by gathering a larger—a much grander perspective of the surrounding environment. Let’s call that STEP 1: Expand your perspective by adding information. But STEP 1 doesn’t bring the water you want to be in, but it does bring hope and inspiration and perhaps that generates motivation to ACT on the newfound IDEA. Like suddenly finding out from your parents you were adopted from a Royal family, you are now filled with a newly discovered sense of pride and possibility. So what do you need to do? STEP 2 is to sit down and meditate. Encourage the deluge of consciousness to rain in. Stay clear, keep calm and aware and get present to the perfections surrounding you at each given moment. Slowly but surely the water levels will return back to what they once were. QUICK! GO BACK! ZOOM back in to the cork nesting in the sand. The water levels begin to encroach upon the cork. Then gives the cork a centimeter? An inch? A foot? A meter? And the cork is finally floating! FREE from any sand and ready to experience the perfection of this lifetime. Humans are meant to rest and rely on their innate internal gift of consciousness, God, higher power, infinite source-creator. This is the time to level up with existence and not be controlled and manipulated by the external traffic guiding and steering one’s attention away from SELF! You can do it! Clarity is key.”
And that exercise for me was very fulfilling because I could identify in my imagination when consciousness (water) levels had begun to climb higher and higher. I knew where I was going and I felt safe and connected with a greater entity that embodied for me the concept of love, divinity and perfection. Hopefully the exercise (or, the book Balance The Creator) could elevate you also. Enjoy your time and thank you for being here.

What’s in a Cup? How Coffee Interferes with Consciousness
Incredible! The coffee industry is around 270B/yr worldwide. Americans alone spend around 70B on their own for this remarkable blessing. What a gift? What a tasty-zesty and rewarding treat?! How each cup of coffee can be permitted by our society as fundamental to the start of a new day…or? Maybe coffee could be served up as a late-afternoon pick-me-up? Or, what about the go-ahead with dessert and after-dinner meal? Classic! The varieties off coffee are endless too! It’s almost as rambunctious as a glass of wine, plus? It won’t stain your clothing as badly, and your teeth can always be bleached back to white. You might never understand where a cup of coffee came from, but you’ve got to be certain to have it again and again.
In getting serious about coffee-withdrawal, and freedom from caffeine, I wanted to know what the negative impacts of coffee were on the human body, and the mind? I wanted to know whether coffee-ingestion would negatively impact our decision-making skills, or even further? Our connection to the Divine: source/creator/God/higher power/Universe/or, whatever you want to call it? Well? From my own personal experience, here is what I discovered: A sheepishly prodded, Kind of—sort of—maybe—most definitely—YES! And from the basic fundamentalist perspective of what we cumulatively know here’s how coffee works and what i choose now to start my day with.
Coffee contains the active neuro-stimulant, cerebral vasoconstrictor substance known as caffeine (calf-een). According to Healthline.com, the average cup of coffee contains approximately 95mg of caffeine. Meaning? Individuals who are looking for a quick-fix, jump-start in the early morning to start their day are finding it with increasingly larger dosages. It makes sense to interpret caffeine more like a low-brow drug after all as it can become quite a dependency-forming, societally acceptable support-stream to indulge in. It should be made more clear to our society how problematic to humanity’s development of consciousness caffeine can be, but it isn't at all. It is a profit-driver, and weak-enough of a drug to slip under the radar of the majority of people as having a negative impact.
Our motto has always been the old pharmacological adage, “Toxicity is in the dose.” But also, the “buck stops here” slogan pairs well with the obsessive nature of labeling everything and anything outside of the realm of moderation and self-control a “drug.” Coffee is just coffee, I initially thought? I drink it. Mom and dad drink it. They drink it. Everyone drinks coffee! Right? It’s an “everyone is doing it” gradual choice-making theme for rationalizing its’ use.
But hold up: there is caffeine in coffee, am I right? You are right. You are absolutely correct. Coffee is not something that will stop anytime soon. Heroin? Maybe. That is a schedule-1 outfit prohibited by law. Opium? Perhaps, but Pharmaceuticals are hanging onto that one. Poppy fields? All in the same bag. Coffee-beans? Not even close.
I don’t want to lose you here because I will readily agree with a person that at certain times, coffee is a nice and simple pleasure to enjoy. Problematic for some people in over-consumption, but not for every person. Drinking coffee is another lesson in adaptive reasoning, or, in learning to control oneself. Over time? It gets easier to interact with.
But here is where it gets interesting…and I want to lose the science-end of it and cater to a widespread audience for a moment. Something coffee drinkers will likely never become aware of is the impact on the body. Caffeine is what generates the stimulatory, awakening “buzz” feeling. An awareness-like response throughout the entire body. It’s like a hoisting reminder that the individual is awake—and should therefore be doing things. The entry of caffeine into the system sparks activity and productivity. Nothing wrong with being more productive, right? Well? It’s tricky. The question is a little bit more easily clarified under the scientific microscope when a scientist talks about brainwave patterns. Beta; Alpha; Theta; Delta; and Gamma wave patterns where each specific frequency level dominates for a specific type of productive-action. Beta? Good for work. Work, work, work. More work. Stay busy. Keep your head down. Get it done. No time. Gotta go. Work. That’s a good way of describing for it, in general. It is the most-heavily engaged in brain-wave state by current society in the 12-38Hz range, according to Healthline.com.
Alpha? Alpha waves are Jose Silva, Silva Method Training, and are initiated when reaching a state of empowerment and oneness, or a sense of “I own this task…” at 8-12Hz.
There is the Theta wave state at 3-8Hz which is a meditative, Creativity-etheric themed state. It is the state before completely checking out, but still having breakthrough ideas.
Then Delta state, 0-4Hz, is checked out, and whereby one may be fallen into heavy sleep, if I’m not mistaken, I believe Delta is the sleep-evoked state that the brain is characteristically known to be encountering REM sleep, so I can’t speak much on productivity, or performance, and apparently neither can EEG’s.
Drinking coffee, and from what we have discovered, re-enforces Beta-wave modalities and frequency states. Basic productivity levels of doing toward completing a specific task. Think, “grunt-work,” or, having to shovel the snow, or “print out the copies for us,” and, “Put your quarter in the slot and keep moving.” And I can get that these are somewhat terrible examples I am giving, but I do hope you can interpret them all as tasks that do not require much strategizing capability, or thought necessity in general. Nothing wrong with that, however, if there is the strong desire for an expanded level of consciousness (check out this book by David Hawkings called, Transcending Levels of Consciousness…) I would be inclined to think that steering away from coffee and caffeinated beverages is a good way of steering clear of the Beta-state blockage where the person is unable to elevate past the Beta levels due to the somewhat restrictive access by these types of stimulatory, chemical interferences. Bottom line? Beta-state is too easy. Plus? After drinking a cup of coffee, a person has barely woken up. Yes. your body is awake—sensorily speaking—but consider it almost like you don’t have full access to the refrigerator full of goodies yet. In my experience? Coffee will keep an individual suppressed and standing by the watering holes at work, or? In doing manual labor-oriented tasks. Again? Nothing wrong or right about any of it. It is what it is.
And magnifying this into the theories and science of consciousness—clearly? Beta-state misses Theta-or, meditative states by a long shot. The hyper-awareness seemingly produced by caffeine could potentially be blanketing the impacts of therapeutic, stress-relieving meditation. Think about it like this: let’s say caffeine is being consumed through coffee. The moment a person ingests the caffeine into their body the experience of life suddenly becomes ALL ABOUT THEM! This driver—this fabulous individual, caffeine takes a hold of the vessel and commands responsibility. KEEP YOUR FOCUS UP. KEEP THE SENSATIONS ALIVE! LADIES AND GENTLEMEN THIS IS WHAT LIVING IS ALL ABOUT! Heightened sense of arousal and compelling command.
Now break that off into meditation and consciousness and an individual’s journey along the route of ascension. What would a person’s interpretation be of their having reached a higher-state of consciousness after a meditation which happened to occur preceding a meet-up gathering for coffee with friends at the local coffee shop? My question then proposed to you, my dearest sweet architect, would be how could meditation be heralded as an “answer” for uplifting awareness when coffee and Caffeine have been screaming in the back-seat of the car-ride the entire time? Is it possible the coffee might be clouding our distinction? our interpretation of a heightened awareness? And what is it we are asking for? What are we ultimately seeking? I would offer that what we seek as individuals is TRUTH.
You are a blessing and a gift to this world. No single other person could hold the light that you have and could potentially offer humanity. Consciousness and true connection will serve out that endeavor. What should you do? Whatever you want. A. But B., keep in mind if you are seeking a higher state of awareness and reaching elevated levels of consciousness limit caffeine intake throughout the day and do not meditate with caffeine in your system. Cleanses through a three day water-fast works very well for that. Our best substitution tip: Ashwaganda oral pill-form which helps enhance focus and mood; provides increases in DHEA production which is the pre-cursor molecule for testosterone. Keep going.
