What’s in a Cup? How Coffee Interferes with Consciousness

Incredible! The coffee industry is around 270B/yr worldwide. Americans alone spend around 70B on their own for this remarkable blessing. What a gift? What a tasty-zesty and rewarding treat?! How each cup of coffee can be permitted by our society as fundamental to the start of a new day…or? Maybe coffee could be served up as a late-afternoon pick-me-up? Or, what about the go-ahead with dessert and after-dinner meal? Classic! The varieties off coffee are endless too! It’s almost as rambunctious as a glass of wine, plus? It won’t stain your clothing as badly, and your teeth can always be bleached back to white. You might never understand where a cup of coffee came from, but you’ve got to be certain to have it again and again.

In getting serious about coffee-withdrawal, and freedom from caffeine, I wanted to know what the negative impacts of coffee were on the human body, and the mind? I wanted to know whether coffee-ingestion would negatively impact our decision-making skills, or even further? Our connection to the Divine: source/creator/God/higher power/Universe/or, whatever you want to call it? Well? From my own personal experience, here is what I discovered: A sheepishly prodded, Kind of—sort of—maybe—most definitely—YES! And from the basic fundamentalist perspective of what we cumulatively know here’s how coffee works and what i choose now to start my day with.

Coffee contains the active neuro-stimulant, cerebral vasoconstrictor substance known as caffeine (calf-een). According to Healthline.com, the average cup of coffee contains approximately 95mg of caffeine. Meaning? Individuals who are looking for a quick-fix, jump-start in the early morning to start their day are finding it with increasingly larger dosages. It makes sense to interpret caffeine more like a low-brow drug after all as it can become quite a dependency-forming, societally acceptable support-stream to indulge in. It should be made more clear to our society how problematic to humanity’s development of consciousness caffeine can be, but it isn't at all. It is a profit-driver, and weak-enough of a drug to slip under the radar of the majority of people as having a negative impact.

Our motto has always been the old pharmacological adage, “Toxicity is in the dose.” But also, the “buck stops here” slogan pairs well with the obsessive nature of labeling everything and anything outside of the realm of moderation and self-control a “drug.” Coffee is just coffee, I initially thought? I drink it. Mom and dad drink it. They drink it. Everyone drinks coffee! Right? It’s an “everyone is doing it” gradual choice-making theme for rationalizing its’ use.

But hold up: there is caffeine in coffee, am I right? You are right. You are absolutely correct. Coffee is not something that will stop anytime soon. Heroin? Maybe. That is a schedule-1 outfit prohibited by law. Opium? Perhaps, but Pharmaceuticals are hanging onto that one. Poppy fields? All in the same bag. Coffee-beans? Not even close.

I don’t want to lose you here because I will readily agree with a person that at certain times, coffee is a nice and simple pleasure to enjoy. Problematic for some people in over-consumption, but not for every person. Drinking coffee is another lesson in adaptive reasoning, or, in learning to control oneself. Over time? It gets easier to interact with.

But here is where it gets interesting…and I want to lose the science-end of it and cater to a widespread audience for a moment. Something coffee drinkers will likely never become aware of is the impact on the body. Caffeine is what generates the stimulatory, awakening “buzz” feeling. An awareness-like response throughout the entire body. It’s like a hoisting reminder that the individual is awake—and should therefore be doing things. The entry of caffeine into the system sparks activity and productivity. Nothing wrong with being more productive, right? Well? It’s tricky. The question is a little bit more easily clarified under the scientific microscope when a scientist talks about brainwave patterns. Beta; Alpha; Theta; Delta; and Gamma wave patterns where each specific frequency level dominates for a specific type of productive-action. Beta? Good for work. Work, work, work. More work. Stay busy. Keep your head down. Get it done. No time. Gotta go. Work. That’s a good way of describing for it, in general. It is the most-heavily engaged in brain-wave state by current society in the 12-38Hz range, according to Healthline.com.

Alpha? Alpha waves are Jose Silva, Silva Method Training, and are initiated when reaching a state of empowerment and oneness, or a sense of “I own this task…” at 8-12Hz.

There is the Theta wave state at 3-8Hz which is a meditative, Creativity-etheric themed state. It is the state before completely checking out, but still having breakthrough ideas.

Then Delta state, 0-4Hz, is checked out, and whereby one may be fallen into heavy sleep, if I’m not mistaken, I believe Delta is the sleep-evoked state that the brain is characteristically known to be encountering REM sleep, so I can’t speak much on productivity, or performance, and apparently neither can EEG’s.

Drinking coffee, and from what we have discovered, re-enforces Beta-wave modalities and frequency states. Basic productivity levels of doing toward completing a specific task. Think, “grunt-work,” or, having to shovel the snow, or “print out the copies for us,” and, “Put your quarter in the slot and keep moving.” And I can get that these are somewhat terrible examples I am giving, but I do hope you can interpret them all as tasks that do not require much strategizing capability, or thought necessity in general. Nothing wrong with that, however, if there is the strong desire for an expanded level of consciousness (check out this book by David Hawkings called, Transcending Levels of Consciousness…) I would be inclined to think that steering away from coffee and caffeinated beverages is a good way of steering clear of the Beta-state blockage where the person is unable to elevate past the Beta levels due to the somewhat restrictive access by these types of stimulatory, chemical interferences. Bottom line? Beta-state is too easy. Plus? After drinking a cup of coffee, a person has barely woken up. Yes. your body is awake—sensorily speaking—but consider it almost like you don’t have full access to the refrigerator full of goodies yet. In my experience? Coffee will keep an individual suppressed and standing by the watering holes at work, or? In doing manual labor-oriented tasks. Again? Nothing wrong or right about any of it. It is what it is.

And magnifying this into the theories and science of consciousness—clearly? Beta-state misses Theta-or, meditative states by a long shot. The hyper-awareness seemingly produced by caffeine could potentially be blanketing the impacts of therapeutic, stress-relieving meditation. Think about it like this: let’s say caffeine is being consumed through coffee. The moment a person ingests the caffeine into their body the experience of life suddenly becomes ALL ABOUT THEM! This driver—this fabulous individual, caffeine takes a hold of the vessel and commands responsibility. KEEP YOUR FOCUS UP. KEEP THE SENSATIONS ALIVE! LADIES AND GENTLEMEN THIS IS WHAT LIVING IS ALL ABOUT! Heightened sense of arousal and compelling command.

Now break that off into meditation and consciousness and an individual’s journey along the route of ascension. What would a person’s interpretation be of their having reached a higher-state of consciousness after a meditation which happened to occur preceding a meet-up gathering for coffee with friends at the local coffee shop? My question then proposed to you, my dearest sweet architect, would be how could meditation be heralded as an “answer” for uplifting awareness when coffee and Caffeine have been screaming in the back-seat of the car-ride the entire time? Is it possible the coffee might be clouding our distinction? our interpretation of a heightened awareness? And what is it we are asking for? What are we ultimately seeking? I would offer that what we seek as individuals is TRUTH.

You are a blessing and a gift to this world. No single other person could hold the light that you have and could potentially offer humanity. Consciousness and true connection will serve out that endeavor. What should you do? Whatever you want. A. But B., keep in mind if you are seeking a higher state of awareness and reaching elevated levels of consciousness limit caffeine intake throughout the day and do not meditate with caffeine in your system. Cleanses through a three day water-fast works very well for that. Our best substitution tip: Ashwaganda oral pill-form which helps enhance focus and mood; provides increases in DHEA production which is the pre-cursor molecule for testosterone. Keep going. Stay persistent in your meditations and in building that connectivity with the brain along with a continued commitment toward elevating consciousness levels and obtaining a fuller level of self. Time: A Unique Way To Contract and Extend Your Life

Jan 20, 2022—Time has invaded the territory of the human species since the beginning of civilization. There must be organization. There must be a code for progress to occur. There must be a way to guide and motivate the masses to convert: there must be TIME.

In its unique construct and accord, time offers an opportunity for its own ideation; an interpretation that results in an infinite number of possibilities.  This constructed level becomes more clear when an individual defines “time,” regularly thought of as the seconds, minutes, hours, days and weeks, and so forth, into the infinite exploration of a “moment.” How does one define a moment? Perhaps it was split seconds? Maybe it was weeks or years on end…but either way and in any way, there are limitless definitions that could be applied in order for it to be understood by the masses.  Here’s the glitch in time: a moment is controllable by the individual. Not only is a moment explorative in its perspective element, but when awareness levels are heightened in an individual there enters and arises a unique capacity for extending and contracting a shifting of sorts, as though it were a muscle. 

With each moment being granted the new thought identity of time having muscular capabilities like extension and contraction, a person could rightfully learn for themselves how to build moments. The trick really relies on an individual’s attention force and believing in a separate stream of consciousness. With the programming that’s been reinforced throughout our lives, going against habitual thought can be quite challenging.  That’s not to label it impossible, but just to say that there are only a finite number of options a random citizen in the USA can facilitate throughout their day.

Scientists are in alignment with the fact that close to—if not, greater than—85% of thoughts are the same as they were in the days, weeks, months, or could even be years prior.  What an individual could start doing then is building themselves up again with a unique story of sorts in the realm of who it is they idyllically prefer to be. Who is it that a person can imagine as being themselves in their best shape and form is really all that it takes, but then applying the created story of their lives to be of beneficial support for that ideal component birthed into a reality for them. Call it, “Quixote-ism,” call it whatever, but it is factual that a belief is no more than a thought that is continuously held. A belief generally holds a certain paradigm or perspective associated with it. “Time is infinite now. I am the greatest person alive. I know there are ways to extend my life and I believe in that. I am healed.” So on and so forth, thoughts can be manifested into reality by the use of words. Words on a page. A person should be writing their ideal self onto a page with a pen. Make it real for a moment, right? Time is passing, all the while opportunities are as well. Meditation along with clarity and a new definition for “time,” are what Health Venom believes to be the challenge towards societal understanding. Health Venom And The Covid-19 Outbreak

Times these days in 2020 are quite foreign to us all and certainly and undeniably occupying more visual and auditory space in regards to a seemingly uncontrollable, pandemic outbreak called, “CoVid-19.”  And we want to take on a bit of a different approach in perspective in order to help “flush” the mind clean from overall fear and concern.

What is “space?” In the context of this article it will refer to our own personal space; both the inner and outer—that we as humans possess. The inner-space can be considered as the internal order of the human body. The outer-space is then considered as the environmental external reality that quite often can have a direct impact and interference on our internal world. It is important to make note of this because of the very visible threat at this current time, in our opinion and in relation to this story, is not so much the virus, but of the increasing amount of external interferences such as media-propaganda that displays a quite juxtaposed position towards overall welfare, safety and security.  Our belief is that with a balanced, comfortable, and higher-level thought “space” offered within this article, will promote a greater establishment towards resolve within ourselves and further allowing our communities to prevail.


It is important to note here that relevant and credible information from worthy, news sources is helpful.  However, it is again our opinion that a “media-frenzy” over a viral-outbreak story ensures that the average viewer’s space could potentially become limited in perspective. 


With an entire universe of infinite possibilities and opportunities, our goal is to shed light upon the latter, A.K.A., that there is more than enough space.  Without proper coaching and training of our mind, the mind’s natural plasticity wears down into an aruably “concrete-like stagnation” and the doors to limitless possibilities become warped and quite often closed. It is important to stretch the mind. During these uncertain times the mind could use a break from worry and concern and into a state of prudence and compassion. Use this article to explore new treatments and open, figuratively speaking, “new windows and doors” by coming along with us and becoming a part of a powerful mental rarefaction.

As humans, we are formatively creatures of habit. To go along with this analogy the internal “warehouse” of mental space is somewhat like a “business.” As in, the most important and relevant informations are closely examined and processed through and used up front, while the irrelevant and automatic (like the heartbeat or breathing) responses of the Autonomic Nervous System remain in the back within the deeper recesses of the “warehouse” business, and, nevertheless, continue. We hope to make it clear, however, that our mind stores and process this information and further along, may even attempt to assemble it as well. The most efficient “businesses” are then the minds which have essentially developed a streamlined, systematized process to organize, store and utilize information. 


Make note here of how this relatively relates to each individual—depending on the individual and their circumstance, information is processed through in unique fashion either by its storing and storage space; processing or processing speed; whether or not certain information needs salvaging or saved; thrown into the trash; disregarded, ignored and/or removed from the warehouse. The “business” of the mind must continue to work in order for the rest of the components to survive.


Certain actions throughout our lifetime can create a “mucky” and unwanted residue buildup that usually gets swept up and shoveled off to the side to be forgotten about. There are other businesses which perceive the buildup of junk as a threat to their legitimate future and so choose to do something about it by cleaning it up. 


When a buildup of stress or tension results from an increase of irrelevant information, the concentration of a particular sub-set of information the mind is exposed to, can cause the relationship of these thoughts between mind and body to interfere with the normal processing functions. 


Using The Law of Attraction as our contextual model for our upcoming exercise, we would mostly agree that any time awareness becomes heightened towards thoughts of overall wellness, the body’s response is generally prompted in like-manner. Meaning that thoughts can also control the way we feel which will further prompt the manner in which the body behaves. 


Think of it like this: our minds use a natural “fight-or-flight” response to protect the body from immediate danger. When  the body senses an immediate threat it will increase Cortisol (stress-induced hormone) levels in the bloodstream. This allows the effective management of such negative threats for a positive outcome: getting to safety.  Both scientists and researchers now know that this “fight or flight” response mechanism can also simultaneously have an impact on many other biochemical processes going on such as weight-control, or even the weakening of the immune system. Certain media channels offering threatening, or negative informations may even then subconsciously being determined as a threat and which could potentially develop into a greater and faster overall transmission-rate of the virus.


In the following segments of this article, Health Venom will attempt to reveal a pragmatic layout for prompt and best-fit techniques designed to help remove stress and improve relaxation by generating a supportive communicative structure. This relates to ideas and concepts which may or may not pertain of any relevance, however, they will incorporate beneficial thought patterns to potentially strengthen an individual’s immune-system response. I am taking a deep breath into my lungs, and as I inhale, becoming more aware of any deterrents or blockages along the air-paths. What does a shortness of breath feel like? It sounds quite subjective and nonsensical to me. What is that supposed to mean? Is it a heaviness? A weakness? What if I want to have a smoke? Does that make me more vulnerable to catching the virus? I know that this CoVid-19 virus is spread through respiration mainly, and that the virus can present the symptom of having a shortness of breath, but my breath is not short, and I am becoming increasingly aware of any interrupting factors coming from within.  Now, I want to present myself with a choice to take deeper breaths through the nose to genuinely make amends towards any worries or concern. 

I breathe through the nose because this is where the natural filters of my nose hairs exist. I can rely on them while I feel the air gently navigating through my nostrils and purifying the molecules as I exhale through my mouth. I know this invigoration and strength to be rewarded promptly. 

I feel good overall. I mean, I notice the other components and can feel that my body is as healthy as it has ever been. I am aware of its strength and precision and so. I continue to offer this vessel nutritional fuels that enrich and nourish every cell and essential component it will rely on. I take great consideration and care for even the body parts I may have overlooked. This moment is invaluable and so is this vessel. I believe I am doing myself an incredible service by taking great care of myself and my ways of thinking. 

So I increase my levels of thinking thoughts that enhance my relevant defense mechanisms that protect me from any outside offender and I maneuver myself away from every harmful component that attempts to interfere with my joyous and blissful existence. I want more of this incredible gift called life. I love how it feels. I want more of this amazing immaculate feeling that I have discovered and honed in on. At first, it was just my left elbow that started feeling really good, but now this feeling has expanded to surround my entire vessel with an insurmountable level of respect, of gratitude and of appreciation. I love myself and I love living and I can’t, at this very moment, think of existing any other way.


And abruptly we must stop there, but thank you again for considering these thought structures for potentially enhancing the strength of the human body’s immune system. Fish Require Water To Live--But So Do Trees...How Can I Help You?

It’s an animalistic nature and tendency for us to want to protect and preserve and provide certain stability-ingrained solutions that are working for us, and offer that to another. But there is this powerful moment to reckon with when an individual proposed to be in “harm’s way”  is given a solution by the concerned-party. And while the intentions of the concerned party are assumedly valid, there is a conversational element or aspect that is not completely being shared by either party amongst themselves.

The way a life begins for a human being is quite simple: as an asshole. Literally, and take no offense to this, but every person starts out with the cellular generation as an anal conglomeration. It is important to recognize when sharing that because anyone can be called an asshole. It’s no longer derogatory, but as truth. Next, there is a common assertion for our enlightened selves to remark an individual outside of ourselves as being “selfish,” when life alone is uniquely such. I want to make this clear: a “selfish asshole,” is a derogatory and yet absolutely truthful remark to make towards someone, and let it be such. The point being made is that our “unique” and individual lives deserve a significant level of understanding from one another—and not necessarily a devoid excuse to shower an individual with in order that they remain expected to play a game of “catch-up,” with the use of another’s “proven” solution, that likewise, may have taken years to acquire fully enough to find worth even suggesting or talking about.

The ultimate sacrifice is “time.” Time is the only currency which can (at this moment) never be replaced nor retrieved. Starting from the bottom of our assholes is where we all begin and arise from. In order for our time to have been considered “useful,” or, “productive,” there must first be an inward turn from the individual and a beginning of respect and appreciation for what has already been generated thus far—regardless of the temporary circumstance. Then, it must be further recognized by the parties  issuing their certain ideas of “support” and “stability.” It is well pronounced and known that for the most part, the “bottom line” relies on a material consideration. And it certainly doesn’t take long for an individual to discover it for themselves when making contact with the “real world.” The point being elucidated here is that, and with a definiteness of purpose, along with clarity (mind you), everyone pursues life in their own unique and respective manner; and, for this reason, it is a strong-armed request to ask for another party’s compassionate, rather than, impulsive, understanding and support for their own unique existence. The great philosopher Alan Watts once regailed to his classroom audience, “…“No! Get out of there or you will drown!” shouted the monkey, grabbing the fish from the water and placing him safely up into the tree.” Be cautious and considerate within the context of your judgement. We will all meet again someday soon!

The Impact of A “Results-Oriented” Mindset: How Do I Get What I Really Want Even When It Doesn't Seem Possible?

“The truth is? I got the job!” He exclaimed proudly to his dearest mum.

“Well, I knew it! I knew it! I knew you could do it! You’re absolutely capable of that type of work you know…” She trailed. “But how do you know that you got it?”

“They told me, mum. I held the interview with the President, right there in his office, and the man simply told me I was hired on the spot… Hank Jeffries was his name, I think?”

“You think?” Her eagerness to explode on him was vividly apparent.

“Yes mother. He, THE PRESIDENT of the company told me on the spot! I got the job!”

“Well, good, but what will you be doing, exactly?” She grimaced.

“I guess, whatever they pay me for, you know? The job title was fairly specific. Anyway, mum I won’t have to be lifting logs anymore or digging ditches.”

“Oh, well that’s good.” Mother leant over, grumbling to sit down on the nearby park bench.

“So, yes.” She continued. “They pay; don’t they?” Her sensible, yet snide remarks were beginning to loft to him a familiar suggestion.

“Yes mum, of course, they pay.” He paused. “I wouldn’t be doing this type of thing otherwise, would I?” 

And it is here at this questioning from the lad, where we will begin our journey. There are a great many people out there who understand this overdone drama: The hype of finding the right job, or career; the submissions; the interview; the waiting to hear a response; the praise; etc., etc., and everything is balanced and framed in a certain way to elevate prospective candidate’s heart-rates; dreams; hopes and expectations—at least for a little while.  And then, the news of whether or not the right fit was found. Finally, whatever the outcome is? Either hired, or not: the final result provides the resolve that’s been desired upon the entire time.  Getting a new job, or position can be frightfully exhausting.

Inevitably, there is a finale such as this; where, in this case, the job was acquired. It is captivating for one to think of this desirable outcome—where, quite often, speeches and interviews are rehearsed and prepared for in eloquent fashion and, again the desirable outcome is not always a guarantee. But then, this secondary discussion arises In oneself due to another’s view, or, perspective. Their unique life-experiences, strategies, habits, etc., intertwine within and around the contexts of what just occurred. This is important to reflect on. However, here’s where it begins to trip:

It is not a vantage point, or, specific answer that another’s viewpoints of life can offer, as, their experience of life was their own unique experience of life, like we just stated. Think of it another way: it’s similarly, why an ex-smoker is incapable of offering a best-fit quitting strategy to a current smoker to help them to quit: Every person is unique. While processes and principles may continue to suggest that they work the same—due to the fact that the Universe is under the Law of Entropy (constant change), and, people accordingly, must alter, the process; and principles are never “exactly” the same. And so, for the most part, the individual believes there is a perceived “alternative” and, “more beneficial”  ulterior outcome. 

It’s like I’m being side-tracked a bit. A lot is going on at the moment, ok, back on track, but the purpose of this article is to describe the use of a “breakthrough-mindset” in order to have an impact on an individual generating from this type of mindset.  “Breakthroughs,” A.K.A. “RESULTS” are what is gotten from the greatest teacher, her majesty: LIFE, herself. A breakthrough is just another way of saying what we got out of LIFE, out of a new day, moment, previous time, etc., it is essentially like a puzzle piece that needs to be described and oriented for others to be able to extrapolate relevant meaning from. LET’s do a brief exercise. For instance: A Situation.

 PARENT: “Oh, so you dropped your computer today and it broke all over the floor? Great. Now what?”

NORMAL (there is nothing normal about life) response: “Yes. I don’t know what to do now. All of my papers were on it.”

BREAKTHROUGH response: “Yes. I did. And I got that I don’t need one because I walked over to the library and borrowed one of their computers and got all of my work done through their internet connection. I got that I am capable regardless of having my own working computer or not.”

Both are perfectly acceptable, however, one is identifiably a bit more pro-active and independently productive. As a parent, it might also appear as more desireable because it promotes and enhances an individual’s understood capabilities.

This article is further still: outside of the initial desired conversation regarding “Results-Oriented” thinkers, because, remember? When it was mentioned that the mother asked her son if it was a “paid” position, there are a number of other questions that could continue from this conversation like: “how much does it pay?” “How long is the commitment?” “Is it a salaried position, or is it wages?” So on and so forth. Then, let’s arrange a more vivid picture. For a moment, consider that the young man is lying about the entire job hiring entirely. For him, he believes that by telling his mother a lie, it will relieve the placement of the burdensome stick in her mud: my son is in danger.  The real issue is that the young man is unable to provide himself with any reliable result that produces a modicum of safety and security towards the betterment of his life and his future, and, therefore his mother worries ambitiously. And so the young man lies in order to relieve the burden.

But within the context of the initial conversation we don’t know this is going on and for the most part, relief is felt all around. “The prettier the picture painted? The better off I will be…I can finally go off and do what I want with my life.” The man thinks to himself. And, as far as judgement goes here? For a certain type of powerful reason: peace of mind; the young man has developed a strategy he believes will help foster and improve his own future as he knows that his own mother lives within a certain realm of what he considers as the realm of expectations. But expectations, or not, this is what the young man feels will immediately take her off the map of worry, anxiety, and fear. He is not yet familiar with BREAKTHROUGH technology, nor its usage, and so, he would rather use an easy excuse or a lie, to cover his bases.

So, folks! family! friends! Congratulations. Together we learned that results-oriented individuals live deeply within the contexts of expectation and that by generating a “white-lie,” one can avoid certain unwanted outcomes like worry and fear from a significant other, such as the young man did with his mother for our example’s sake.

But now, let’s dig even deeper into a 1st-person party world of results-oriented thinking. This is where the real “power” is for a human. This is where it generally matters. And it can be difficult to embody when the surrounding environment is not “on-board,” per-say, with the rest of whatever is, or, has-been occurring for an individual because that can be overpoweringly influential for some folks, as well. Parental expectations of their children, boss’s demands to reach sales quotas within a particular industry, brush-fires to the north devastating homes and countrysides, starving children in Africa, It’s apparent how this list could continue to expand itself: THERE IS A LOT GOING ON in the world! What is MOST valuable? MOST important for an individual? Is to be able to focus on the immediate task at hand. 

The world is filled with distractions and endless possibilities and it becomes even more excruciatingly (melodramatic) visible when the internet is at play. Without knowing the proper statement to type into a search-box or having the definite question to ask, there are virtually endless amounts of possible answers out there just waiting to be clicked on and read. Even still, the algorithms that are at play exist to populate our definite searches in spite of asking the intended question properly. 

This brings us to the end realization: our biggest challenge that we face as a growing society is the expansiveness of outcroppings designed to dissolve our attention away from our intention or desired goal. The question must further be pursued upon: what is the power being glossed over when it comes to our concentration and focus. Just about anyone who is asked can discover a good reason to have reliable concentration and focus. Coming to terms with where one is now and what they are doing currently is what will make the difference towards discovering the desired result.

Now, there has been a lot of ranting going on, and folks have been terrific with their compassion and tolerance for discovering a breakthrough for themselves and their own lives along this journey. Remember: We MUST protect our ATTENTION. Clear it up first. Get it straight. Cobwebs? Gone. Dust-bunny’s? Executed. It is up to the individual alone. I certainly could not, and never-mind, would not, do it for you. It is up to YOU and YOU alone.

The Cycle

It is this drudgery—of this repeating cycle. The cycle of what? What is “this cycle?” to which I am referring? It is the cycle of conclusions through confusions once curiosity. The limits self-imposed, deposits and made to feel like lubricity. There is no resolution for patience, but the recycled reward for the development of generous and benevolent habits. The Cycle comes at the individual like a ton of bricks thrown from the tenth story of a skyscraper and narrowly missing its’ intended recipient and so therefore it leaves the individual only momentarily stunned and aggravated only by continued motivations of inconspicuous coincidence, the bricks fly elsewhere for another and mean an entirely new thing. 

    The Cycle can be individual, and yet, it can also be made obviously quite general. I am well aware of the fact that perpetual motion machines do not currently exist, but I have firm faith that as long as Tesla remains current as the evangelical and ahead-of-his-time scientist versus, the unfortunate namesake that was stolen from him (like just about everything else he invented) and used as a revolutionary automotive and electronics energy company; one could only pursue this occlusion too long and verbose in order that any conclusion involving this proposed hypothetical cycle to be made. So allow me to introduce another idea that might provoke some intrigue.


Quite many of us have this idea that there is nothing more worthwhile pursuing than riches such as personal financial wealth and fame. It is true that the human way of being is naturally in pursuit of acknowledgement and recognition from worthy colleagues, candidates, or some other perceived magnification of professionalism; a “higher up,” or, someone of notable societal standing.  Yet, while the pursuit of excellence, or whatever it might be that is desired and keeps us transfixed in its potential glory, there is only a potential desired outcome. It is merely a possibility and a preferred, or desired outcome might never arrive.


Moreover, the desired outcome must be acknowledged only through the result of a willful-gamble, or a process; a procedure, or otherwise an action that is taken in pursuit of a particular desired outcome. This “gamble,” it will be referred to here as, while we would like to have a sure thing, the outcome from any actions taken rarely-if ever-is exactly what was primarily envisioned. Could the reader of this published article grasp the reason for the discrepancies? What has been gathered and likely digested from these powerful teachings is the limitless potential of our minds. There are few to none persons in this world who have complete control over their own thoughts, and it is proposed here that quite naturally due to this, there will be differences in the shape of the desired outcome. “I pictured a green, hollow cube; however, I received a blue triangle…” could be an easier way of putting it. That there was an outcome due to the actions; yet however, it was not the precisely desired outcome. The reinforcement of FOCUS and the importance of these works.


And we allow this world of occurrences within our environment to occupy our time in order to provide that sufficient satisfaction for our lives and that one day it will arise. 


But through this journey called “life,” and for certain individuals, a noted pattern becomes recognizable. THIS pattern is what I am referring to as being, “The Cycle” with which this written-conversation is about. These individuals who are capable of making this observation are generally the most disciplined and astutely wise demographic. Their unimaginable, virtuous character preside on prefaces of absolutes: truths which only nature’s wisdom can provide. 


Having noted just who it is we are expecting of our audience to be, it is also just as important to inform the entire readership of the exposition I am about to expound upon, which was initially in regards to this “Cycle.” So, a pattern has been recognized and established. What does this mean? No matter its’ meaning. Stop. The meaning is useless unless one is continuously discovering themselves to be at gun-point; in which case, the meaning might be to keep quiet for the moment, and then work on shifting and rearranging the environment; i.e., by moving. 


There are certainly predisposed evolutionary examples of patterns discovered within our anthropogenic realm of civilization and, furthermore, society; yet there is no distinct provocation in the evolution of human responsibility over their own lives. This is where the “rubber meets the road,” or, where an individual is “put to the test.” There is never any place for an individual that is “too good,”or “too grandiose,” “too proper,” or other substitution for demonstrating fractures of societal realms. It is in one’s own best judgement always, in as far as what is the “correct” action to take; however, it is also in one’s own realm of responsibility to amend their understanding of “position” or “social standing,” as being quite farcical. There will ALWAYS be agreement. There will ALWAYS be disagreement. Then there is the group of “No COMMENT-ers.” This is all perfect, but the point that I am intending to make here is the consideration that IT IS a MIRACLE to EXIST in the first place and that the NUMBER ONE TRAGEDY of human existence is that, in their pursuits of reaching Nirvana/Nibana, Heaven, Complete Satisfaction, etc.. there will be the inevitable “missing” of the individual being able to, or, desiring to, comprehend how blessed and fortunate and grateful and PERFECT their life is at THIS EXACT MOMENT.


Now, I realize I started going off about this “CYCLE” that is continuously perpetuating for an individual, but I hope that the KEY to hopping off of this cycle and onto a different, more appetizing and powerfully generating and rejuvenating life, for that matter, has been REVEALED and more will follow to provide stability and revolutionary methodologies to promote and enhance a healthy, positive lifestyle.

The Preface: In The Beginning...

This particular situation drew itself out upon me the other day when I realized my explaining of the nature of my works to a very close friend, was not getting through to them as I had expected.  I discovered that this friend could be acknowledged for pointing out numerous blind-spots I had yet to indicate as being important. I considered the following to be a rather necessary discussion of “defense” and hold it true to be as such. And because this is not a conversation, I will further attempt to describe the purpose of and the message one should be able to acquire within these elaborate, justifiable texts. Without any judgment, and without further obfuscation, or seemingly “pompous” and bombastic remarks, I must request that you begin here.

       One of the greatest human traits is the unstoppable need to answer a never-ending question. This question revolves around the human understanding of self, meaning, and purpose. It is the age-old question of, “who am I?” The question pokes itself up in the most peculiar places and times throughout the expanse of one’s existence. Ultimately, a person will test and continue to test various theories of who he or she is, or is meant to be within their respective lifetime by getting involved in “meaningful” and illustrious situations and titles in order to find what fits.

Then, when someone within a searching human’s peripheral seemingly knows, or discovers who he or she is, there comes a great flood of “Looky-Lou’s” and “Rubberneckers” along with “Critics” who all want to poke and prod at the answer to make sure they are certain, and to see whether it may also be right for themselves. These individuals all yearn to discover whether or not he or she was involved in any significant or substantial way, while also searching for validation and the meaning of their own existence.  Either way, for the majority of us, the quest in finding “one’s self” or, of wanting to know “who,” or “what” one really is seems to take precedence as an absolute requirement for existence.

  Having said that, there is a place of which we all must come from in order for us to arrive where we currently perceive ourselves to be. It is especially unique to every individual, it holds a specific meaning by its experiences and outcomes; the problems and solutions, and it exists as every individual sees fit for themselves.

This “preface,” as I will consider it being, is necessary in order that any one person reading this does not stumble upon the remaining landscape and find it too difficult to bear and treacherous as such long ways down for his or her own self. This preface, and its following materials, is not meant to undermine or deface, or even shame or attempt to guilt-trip, what any person is currently experiencing. These texts are meant to be thought of as “stable railings” for which a person can come to and lean against, or maybe even hold onto while discovering for themselves what their purpose in life may in fact be.

“The answer, my friends, is blowing in the wind. The answer is blowing in the wind…” a classic, Bob Dylan tune went.  And as I have interpreted, it being, he was right in a way. One must be like the wind and blow with it and like it. The answer is blowing in the wind? Be the wind, not as a particle of dust, but as the strong and full-blown temperament of the wind. The wind is perfection no matter what and where and there is no second-guessing; no questioning of itself, or idleness. The wind is ever-changing, yet is at the same time, an established element of conviction.

Thankfully, this work could not be as remarkably understood had this preface page not been read, digested and understood as the underlying purpose for our work within these texts: to inspire and help guide others into living powerfully, effectively and responsibly for themselves and for their future.
