Mindset in the morning can easily bring greatness. Create the space, time, become aware and identify with the rhythms of life. Morning mindset is all about focus and intention. CAUTION TRIGGERING: Don’t give energy to this, but whether the gym is closed when it should be open? or, the car not working properly? Or whatever else stands in the way of leading through a single day with an intentionally driven mindset can cause disruption to the basic foundational principles. litany of other life-occurrences that could interfere with and take away from one’s mindset and direction for the day . So how to not let it—is likely a necessary diatribe: YOU know how to not let the distractions get to you already. Pay no mind to them! Ask yourself: where does my energy get applied? Point is that life is filled with distractions, but are they worth the energetic cost of taking them on?
Here are my top-10 favorite questions to begin with each morning that I like to use. There are most certainly other questions to consider, however, for starters, consider taking on asking yourself these basic morning wakeup questions:
Who am I?
What is my main goal/intention for today?
Gauge: Where am I energetically inside?
Gauge: Where am I emotionally?
What is my focused outcome for the day?
Where am I intending to place my fullest energy?
What is my overarching goal? The person I am intending on becoming exists here.
Am I future-driven, yet fully aware of the importance of being in the present moment?
What will I create today to be of service for both self and others?
What does my highest ideation of self look like?
Thank you for your willingness to take on the first applicable steps towards generating a powerfully balanced person today. Always remember to be kind to yourself—we need you, we want what you’ve got so be sure to remember to turn your “Have Switch” ON and stay focused and aligned as best you can. Life is happening. Begin to allow it with your non-judgmental supervision.
