Meditation Vs. Visualization

Meditation is an individual journey. While there are a multitude of practices out there and a variety of intended results for people, our practice could be looked at as being authentically driven through Biblical sources. The purpose of meditation really if we could offer one would be to take no external thought. Meaning? Bring in nothing from the outer world experience. Do the best to reduce the forms that are still embedded into the brain from life-experience. Take on the idea that staring at the back of the eyelids offers the most unique available definition for what our intended meditation purpose could be defined as. Life is a unique and individual experience for every meditative practitioner is aware of. In meditation, while it is tempting, there are no intended outcomes. During the expanse of intentionally devoted time driven towards taking no external thought, position of comfort, and a dark and quiet space? The value in outcomes will vary from person to person. Meditation is the path towards c;reating space in one’s life by many possibilities such as healing from traumatic experiences; building true and ever-life changes towards compassion, stability, gratitude, and leadership amongst many others. Our favorite value of ours to mention is that meditation can potentially support an elevation in clarity and perspective; it can share with an individual a fulfilling relationship with the higher self and the greater consciousness. When you meditate with us? We are not joking around. This is personal.

The biggest difference between meditation and visualization, in our opinion, is that visualization is guided. Visualization supports an instructional intentionality. The practice of visualization is usually equipped with the given and intended outcome and is generally serviced by a professional guide who holds a particular outline to follow to fulfill on the intention. The tools drawn from the imaginative construct of the brain must be clarified first by the guide and specified duties might even be given for each participant before the proposed time has begun. Visualization is very imagination-based and often enhances the imaginative faculties along with an individual’s ability to focus in on various components of self that they may never have thought to uncover before. In visualization the muscle of the brain is being exercised heavily and so the practice of visualization must be arranged along an order of time because it might get overwhelmingly exhaustive due to the frustrations from misunderstandings, etcetera from the practitioner. The practice of visualization may be individualized or a group activity, however, the experience is uniquely beneficial to each individual who partakes. Neuronal circuits are being rewired. This is likely why Neville Goddard, the outspoken personal development coach supported its usage, because for him, it had a practical use and immediate, measurable value.

The Opportunity

A short introduction by Dickson Flacc

Virtually everyone has heard of or if not, attempted to learn and understand about how to complete it. It is this slightly intuitive and internal component shared and expressed with other human beings termed often as: “vibration.” In passing one another it could be understood as the commonly used phrasing directed towards some individuals or specific person as having, “good-vibes,” in reference to him or her’s general disposition or uplifting appeal demonstrated in public. But is that just a show? Or is that how a person really interprets their existence? Meaning, are they like that when they go home and sit alone by themselves, or with close loved-ones? Or, is there an alternative way of existing? It is most certainly possible. Well then? how does a person enhance their said vibration to rise above mediocrity that they may potentially be experiencing or encountering on a regular basis in their own unique environment? Isn’t the external world a projection of the internal self? I would argue that having this skillset of being able to enhance one’s own personal vibration as critically fundamental for guiding the entire plight of human destiny: we are powerful creators.

There has been read and certainly expressed before that an individual has very little control over what happens “for” them, but in fact, does remain in control of the response they choose to bounce back with and direct towards their unique environment. Generalization alert: for the most part our worldview is mainly perceived as being predicated upon our quest for knowledge, education levels or experience qualifiers and so on, however, within this page Health Venom intends to present and provide a specific and very underrepresented set of skillsets to support the activation of higher vibrational frequencies and potentially? Offer treatments on a more permanent scale as willing and able participants discover.

Emotions can be wonderfully misunderstood at times, so let’s clarify what we mean, both for ourselves and for the sake of others. When we share in regard to “emotion” we are simply referring to a vibrational energetic frequency that is occurring within our vessel. Within our own rhythmic occupancies of emotion, certain conflicts between the internal and external communities can arise. For holistic wellness at Health Venom, it is often noted as being the access point into vibrational change, however, it is fleeting and momentary and not as “rotund” or as indefinitely useful as we would like for it to be for our readership to consider.

There are an infinite number of reasons why emotional depth is important for an individual to embrace their fullest human essence, but our focus within this article as stated again, is primarily going to be guided towards the internal environment where emotional feelings happen uniquely for the individual experiencing them, but also ?WHAT? is in fact causing the emotion if not the individual perceiving it? It is important to recognize that there is no right or wrong way of being here, no bad or good and vice-versa, but what we would like to discipline ourselves to understand is where our focus lies in relationship with our emotions. Meaning, is the emotional response triggered by an external, or environmental source? OR, is the emotion being triggered from within, due to thought? Awareness is vastly important here especially when analyzing the self because our thoughts will create the response, but let’s not focus on the internal awareness just yet. Instead let us take the discussion into the value we have already placed on clarity.

Clarity, in basics, is becoming perceptive enough in the sensory realm, and also perhaps even wise enough (wisdom is both learned and innate, but we will hop into that at a later time), to distinguish between external and internal thought stimuli. The stimulus, whether external or internal, is what has prompted a thought and thus. a respective emotional response.

Quite often it is obvious where the stimulus is originating from, but is it ever given much thought of/to in order to utilize, work with, and transmute, or reconstitute, the emotional energy into something as advantageous as a leap in vibrational frequency? Whichever is your response, let it be understood that the baseline frequency an individual exists at, considering their own level of clarity with which they possess or, meaning, what state of being and why it is so compelled to be that way—is always a good question to ask oneself. Because one must clearly be able to identify where they are and what is motivating or supporting that coordinate of being-ness in order to make any desireable, or perhaps even permanent changes in vibrational state (vibrational frequency) to where they would perhaps feel more aligned with.

Remember the brief mentioning of internal vs. external motivators for state changes? External motivators could be something like? a new car, or, a raise at a job, or? you get the idea: the external stimulus could be what transforms the emotional state. But not every time. An individual could be uplifted in vibrational state for awhile.

In this article I want to shift the focus towards an internal source: something that has been inside of each one of us all along. Maybe there was a missings of it. But this is why I am here to mention the importance of clarity to be able to identify with and create a lasting transformation wherever one goes and in whomever the company may be.

No mind-altering substance can deny the presence for what already is present within us. For instance? The heart. The heart, the lungs, stomach, and brain, all of these internal components that make existence work, are so vital, and yet so consistently overlooked. Now I am not sure who has said this before, but it is vitally important to acknowledge and align with these internal, life-supporting elements in order to come up with the first leveling up of vibration where a significantly greater level of appreciation is discovered. Appreciation is furthered into the mindset of gratitude and that is a significantly higher realm of vibration to exist and thrive on. Only it takes a tremendous amount of focus and extended effort to truly expound upon and master as an art of what I would note as being akin to a form of permanent impermanence.

This is a lot of information and I get it. You might even forget what it’s all about by the time you’re finished reading it. But elevating your vibration is what being human is all about and it really challenges us to go outside of our comfort zones and general normatives and forces us to encounter the blessings that life has given us simply with one’s own level of determination and drive. Because perceptive sensory acuity is so important in order to create the distinctions, clarity is key in being able to manipulate and create each moment of being based upon the mastery of self.

For BONUS VALUE folks, family and friends, I’ve described a visualization technique for an individual seeking to enhance their vibrational frequency. This technique can be used over and over again. We have discovered it to be one in which performs very well for so long as space and time are adequately dedicated to it and repetitively utilized. The meditative visualization uses the idea of an “empty well.” In addition other tools are used to enhance clarity while at the same time be able to regenerate one’s own vibration. And on top of that? It means being able to go within—into the visualized, “deeper” coordinates of the self to be able to identify all possible levels of appreciation and gratitude for mere existence alone: this is the opportunity.

What should I be thinking about during my meditation?

Shortest answer saves you time (and in our professional opinion) ultimately: NOTHING. The challenge then for anyone becomes in reaching this state of thoughtlessness. And how does anyone do this? When Jesus shared in the Bible (MATTHEW 6: 31-33) to, “take no thought.”… Seek first the kingdom of God. LUKE 17:21 The kingdom of God is within you.

The terms “How” and “why” aren’t the best places for an individual to start with respect to beginning a question—reason being is that those question starters (“how” and “why”) automatically shape the conversation around an individual’s own perspective of what they know. Given that there is a wealth of information out there to be known that individual’s perspective will be outrightly based on naivety, or a, “victimized-state” of being.

This does not intend to share that naivety is necessarily a “bad” thing. Sometimes the less you know about a given circumstance the better you have at staying out of troubling. Through your discovery of the impact of meditation, I want to invite you into taking a glimpse at the perspective in as far as how and why a thought can have a really big impact on the outcome of meditative therapy.

Many of the greatest thinkers on the new age precipice of thought are delivering a long worn-out message: that thoughts create things. During our meditation sessions, our thoughts are kept as quiet as possible in order to eliminate the tendency to trail along with them. Meaning? Certain thoughts are more compelling and addicting to stick with than other thoughts. And trailing occurs whenever a thought has become alluring enough to separate an individual from their practice of being during meditation. And by “being,” ultimately we are choosing to become a state of nothingness. As with nothing—comes everything!

Like it or not, most of our adult livelihood is built on top of and layered between a succession of historically repetitive thought patterns. These are ideas and programs come from our environment. Improvements upon our current societal system are based-off what knowledge and informations had already existed.

But what about an individual nowadays where it seems like all of the good ideas have been taken—and where did Jesus come from in all this meditation speak anyway? Well? for starters? There is a tremendous and infinite amount of good ideas out there yet to surface.

People have barely begun to brush the surface, but the evolution of our species is dependent upon the clarity and thus, a liberation of mind. With the current technological advancements presenting themselves with the colorful allure of comfort and ease I wonder what sort of programming is left available outside of the noise in order for us to decipher and create beneficial solutions on our own?

I would argue that the exponential increases in technology have left a significant portion of the population feeling congested and confused—uncomfortable due to the position that it seems that unknowingly the excesses of today’s current attention-grabbing offerings are designed to separate one from oneself.

When Jesus shared, “take no thought,” I interpreted this to mean to leave out any external perceptive identity. That through this action the entirety of self-awareness and creation from within could come forth.

So what does this look like to an every-day Joe? (hey Joe! you’re awesome. Keep being terrific!) But this looks like practicing meditation with a serious and committed intentionality.

Prescribed Initial Meditation Steps:

-A quiet, safe and comfortable, dark area is identified and secured to sit down and breathe in for as long of time as is needed. Be sure to eliminate all electronic devices from the sensory environment.

-The eyes are closed.

-The breath is broadened and calm, but with each breath come into acknowledgement and awareness of the inhale and exhale.

-Remain in a comfortable seated position with feet pressed gently to the floor.

-Thoughts are acknowledged, but not followed or “trailed after.” Instead? Consider re-identifying with the breath.

No thought is, relatively speaking, the most challenging aspect of our meditative exercise. Thoughts come and appear and can become the brutish obstacle to overcome. Certainly thoughts are okay to have during meditative practice and are quite normal also. The trick then is to be able to release them! Abandon the walk-away, talk-away thoughts and conversations of the external world by returning focus and awareness to the breath: the inhale? follow it. The exhale? follow it.

It is least likely that an individual is capable of both thinking a thought and be focused and following their breath at the same time. It’s a dedicated effort that pretty soon becomes natural as the meditation progresses. But yes! Abandon external thoughts (relationships with the outer environment known as reality) by using the tracking of the breath. Pretty soon? the backs of the eyelids seem to look quite mystifying (not funny). There wasn’t any identifiable resemblance of anything external for me back there and that meant SUCCESS!! I was doing it.

The message shared of Jesus to, “Take no thought,” has become a very powerful and worthwhile influence for our meditation practice and for me especially. I recognized that I couldn’t do it all and nor would I want to.

My experience shifted when I recognized I could allow for the experience to effectively build my sense of trust with my higher power, essence, God, Creator, self-Ati, and that was what stuck and why my priority for meditation increased. My thoughts and thinking-mind? It can go on endlessly! But to get away from it all? separate myself into silence? Breathe? Stare at the backs of my eyelids if I needed to. The regular practice saves me time, creates space and throws a little more trust that my life is in “good hands” and is working out as divinely intended.
