Folks, family and friends greetings, good moments and welcome! We have very little time to explain this unique exercise technique (The Tracks) and we want to thank you and acknowledge you for taking action. This is not a book, but rather a free introduction to the habitual thought-modalities that can be created and sustained with practice. Through specific pages (identified by: ***), a first-person introduction will be arranged in such a way so as to re-focus and re-align the identity of self-talk. It is to be read completely as being exactly that: self. Your-self. Coming from your imagined, first-person perspective.

DISCLAIMER: We don’t know you or what you are currently experiencing in life. Great. We know ourselves as well as anybody. And while we may perhaps hold a misguided level of expectation? We encourage the positive growth of our work from stable support structures such as these. We come from the space of “Thought creates things.” and while it may be impossible for us to rationalize participation, it is essential to understand that we come from a space of judgement-free positive support.

The reason and purpose for playing this type of “game,” is to enhance one’s understanding of self by becoming aware of where an individual is along in their journey.

So, please, your time again is valuable to us and we would like to offer one of our own unique methods for creating a well-defined state of peace of mind and clarity. And the best advice we could give for these ***readings isi to approach them with an open mind, a possibility for trust and fearlessness. It would be wise to grab a pen to write down the experience in order to help identify a starting point. Again, this game will be specifically marked by a triple-asterisk symbol= ***, please make note of this as our other writings will NOT be following this structure.

BONUS: We would love to hear back from you in regards to your experiences so please fill out our short contact form and let us know. Happy trails and we look forward to being of service to you.
