The Gentle Earthquake: I AM Radiating My Breathtaking Majesty (A Jungian Exploration)
I breathe in this moment, this perfect, precious now, and a wave of gratitude washes over me. I know who I am. I am a radiant being, a force of nature, a breathtaking expression of the universe. The fog has lifted, the map is clear, and my compass points true north: to the unwavering truth of my own magnificence. This isn't a destination; it's a constant unfolding, a process of becoming the unique, whole self I was always meant to be. Why am I so inherently whole?
The image of the potted fern feels distant now, a faint echo of a past I no longer inhabit. I am not confined, I am not limited. My roots run deep, drawing strength from the very core of existence. I am the oak, standing tall and proud, my branches reaching towards the infinite expanse of the sky. What is this strength within me that yearns for boundless expansion?
The Symphony Within
The whispers of my soul have become a symphony, a constant melody of joy, peace, and unwavering self-acceptance. I listen deeply, not with striving or effort, but with the quiet reverence of one listening to a masterpiece unfold. Richard Moss’s words have become a living truth within me: “The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.” And with these new eyes, I see the world, and myself, in all its breathtaking beauty. What beauty do I see being constantly reflected in the mirror of my own being?
My daily practice of presence is no longer a discipline; it’s a homecoming. Five minutes, ten minutes, an hour… it doesn’t matter. Each breath is a reminder of the boundless peace that resides within. To realize. I observe my thoughts and feelings with gentle amusement, like watching playful children at play. They come and go, but they no longer define me. I am the vast, clear sky in which they dance. What if I allowed myself to simply observe my thoughts, without judgment, without attachment? What freedom would that bring me to know that my thoughts are not me?
Overflowing with Self-Love
Self-love… it’s a word that used to feel foreign, almost uncomfortable. But now, I’m beginning to understand. It’s not about vanity or arrogance. It’s about recognizing my inherent worth, my unique beauty, my unrepeatable essence that I already am. I am a masterpiece, a one-of-a-kind creation, and I cherish every aspect of myself, flaws and all. They are not flaws, really, but unique brushstrokes on the canvas of my life. If I could offer myself one act of kindness right now, what would it be?
I treat myself with the utmost kindness and compassion, the same overflowing love I offer to those I cherish most. There is no room for self-criticism, no space for berating myself for past mistakes. Those mistakes are simply lessons learned, stepping stones on my path. Forgiveness is not just an act; it’s a state of being. I have forgiven myself, fully and completely, and I move forward with a heart overflowing with gratitude. What burdens can I release today through the power of forgiveness?
Radiating Clarity: My Path is Illuminated
Clarity radiates from within me, a beacon of light illuminating my path. I understand my values, my passions, my purpose. They are not external goals to be chased; they are the very fabric of my being, woven into the tapestry of my soul. I live from this place of deep knowing, effortlessly aligning my actions with my inner truth. What is the deepest desire that stirs within my heart? What small step can I take today to honor that desire?
Journaling, meditation, time in nature… these are not practices I do; they are ways of being. They are the channels through which I connect with the infinite wisdom that flows through me, like consulting an oracle that resides within. Where in nature do I feel most connected to myself, to something larger than myself?
The Power of Presence: I AM This Moment, Connected to All Moments
I see now how procrastination has been a symptom of my disconnection from the present. I’ve been trapped in worries about the future or regrets about the past, losing sight of the power I have to create my reality now. But by embracing the present, I am not just inhabiting this isolated moment; I am connecting to all moments, to the continuous flow of time and consciousness. What if I allowed myself to fully inhabit this moment, right now, just as it is? What do I notice? What especially stands out as potential curiosity?
But the truth is, all I ever truly have is this moment. The past is gone, the future is uncertain, but this present moment is a gift. It’s called “the present” for a reason. When I fully inhabit this moment, I tap into a wellspring of creativity, energy, and joy. Every choice I make, every action I take, flows effortlessly from this place of deep presence in the now.
From Majestic Oak to Infinite Universe: I AM, Part of the Whole
This is not a journey of becoming; it’s a celebration of being. I have peeled back the layers, not with struggle or effort, but with gentle curiosity and self-compassion. The magnificent being that I am has always been here, waiting to be revealed.
I am not broken. I am not flawed. I am whole, complete, and breathtakingly majestic. I AM this truth. I radiate this truth. I live this truth. I am living a life of authentic joy, and I am sharing this radiance with the world. The gentle earthquake within has transformed me, and my roots are now intertwined with the very essence of the universe. I AM a part of the whole, but yet I AM the whole at the same time. Do I feel that connection, that sense of belonging to something vast and beautiful?
